Job Description
- Technical Consultation: Collaborate closely with sales teams to understand customer requirements. Translate there into effective technical solutions
- Presales Activities: Own presales activities include conducting compelling product demonstrations, showcasing our cybersecurity offerings to potential clients, tailor our solutions to meet specific customer needs, addressing security challenges affectively. Lead POV efforts, demonstrating the engaging presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences. Creating detailed responses to requests proposals and running pre sales workshops for pipeline generations
- Technical account ownership: Be responsible for technical account management, layout and execute account plan together with account manager.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with customers especially technical champion building, understanding their pain points and aligning our offerings accordingly
- Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging threats, and competitive landscape
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Cybersecurity)
- 2-3 years of experience in pre-sales, security engineering, or consulting preferably in the cybersecurity domain
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies
- Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly
- Analytical mindset with the ability to address customer challenges affectively
