Artificial Intelligence Engineer  

* Define and execute the company's AI/ML roadmap aligned with business objectives.
* Lead the development of innovative AI solutions towards business success.
* Build, mentor, and scale cross-functional IT teams
* Drive data-driven decision making across the organization
* Partner with teams to identify and prioritize AI-driven features and capabilities
* Develop AI products and analytics solutions
* Create and maintain relationships with key AI technology partners and vendors
* Establish metrics to measure the impact of AI initiatives on customer success
* Oversee the development of AI-powered automation to improve operational efficiency
* Lead research initiatives to keep the organization at the forefront of AI innovation

* Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
* 5+ years of experience in AI/ML leadership roles; especially in manufacturing industry
* Strong technical expertise in machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks, data processing, and AI model deployment.
* Strong track record of delivering impactful AI solutions at scale
* Experience managing and developing technical teams
* Deep understanding of modern AI/ML technologies and frameworks
* Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders
* Proven experience in product development
