- Merencanakan, survey kebutuhan, membuat konsep program, implementasi, monitoring, dan review programprogram tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan yang telah ditentukan dalam activity plan
- Menilai dan mengukur dampak sosial dan lingkungan dari program CSR.
- Menyusun laporan CSR dan komunikasi ke pemangku kepentingan internal dan eksternal.
- Bekerja sama dengan tim internal dan eksternal untuk mengelola proyek CSR.
- Mengidentifikasi peluang untuk meningkatkan inisiatif keberlanjutan perusahaan.
Minimum Qualifications
- Maksimal 27 Tahun
- S1 jurusan Ilmu Sosial / Komunikasi & Pengembangan Masyarakat / Kesejahteraan Masyarakat / Ilmu Lingkungan / Kesejahteraan Sosial / Kesehatan Masyarakat / Teknik Lingkungan
- Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun di bidang CSR, sustainability, atau bidang terkait.
- Memiliki pengalaman dalam mengelola project di bidang CSR atau inisiatif keberlanjutan di perusahaan atau organisasi non-profit.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan kerja sama yang baik
