FLIN Philippines – Restructuring & Refinancing Program
Responsibilities
1. Revenue & Quota Ownership (Primary Focus)
Own a defined monthly mediation enrollment/debt consolidation disbursement quota
Convert inbound and assigned leads into restructuring program enrollments
Conduct structured financial assessment calls
Present clear, compelling restructuring solutions
Overcome affordability and trust objections decisively
Maintain aggressive follow-up discipline to prevent lead leakage
Close enrollments within defined cycle times
Non-Negotiable Performance Metrics:
Monthly enrollment target
Monthly revenue target
Lead-to-mediation enrollment/ IPA conversion rate
Average revenue per enrolled borrower
Lead-to-mediation enrollment/ IPA cycle time
*IPA stands for In-Principle Approval for the Debt Consolidation Program
2. Structured Financial Assessment & Solution Positioning
Assess borrower exposure across multiple lenders
Evaluate repayment capacity and urgency level
Position restructuring and refinancing as a structured solution — not optional advice
Ensure program affordability while protecting portfolio performance
Maintain quality standards to prevent early drop-offs
Objective:Close responsibly, but close decisively.
3. Pipeline & Funnel Discipline
Maintain daily activity targets (calls, follow-ups, conversations)
Track funnel stages: Contacted → Qualified → Offered → Enrolled/ IPA
Identify stalled qualified leads and reactivate with urgency
Minimize lead aging
Ensure 100% CRM accuracy
You will be measured daily, weekly, and monthly on:
Contact rate
Qualification rate
Offer-to-Mediation Enrolment/ IPA ratio
Follow-up effectiveness
4. Cross-Functional Alignment
Coordinate closely with credit underwriting, product, marketing, and the growth team
Ensure sales promises align with approval criteria
Reduce rework and customer onboarding friction
Support the quick resolution of onboarding and origination issues
5. Leadership Readiness (Performance-Based Progression)
Consistent overachievement will lead to:
Mentoring junior sales officers
Assisting with onboarding new hires
Contributing to sales playbook refinement
Participating in future team-building initiatives
Team leadership is earned through sustained performance.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate Profile - Experience (Mandatory)
- 2–4 years of quota-driven sales experience in:
- Consumer Lending
- Digital Lending
- Debt Consolidation
- Mediation and Negotiations Advisory Services
- Solutions-based selling of financial products
- Proven history of meeting or exceeding monthly revenue targets
- Experience handling financially distressed or subprime customers preferred
