- Translate ideas and concepts into impactful key visuals.
- Brainstorm and develop innovative, creative design ideas for promotional, communication, and branding materials.
- Produce visually engaging designs for marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, websites, digital advertising, e-commerce, and offline marketing (events & in-store marketing).
- Create, edit, and retouch images to enhance design appeal.
- Develop motion graphics and edit videos as needed.
- Ensure all design projects meet high-quality standards and are completed on schedule.
- Collaborate with the marketing communications team and cross-functional departments on various projects and campaigns, including Amanyaman, Travelport, and BedsOnline.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field
- Fresh graduates with relevant experience are welcome to apply
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of creative projects, including print materials and merchandise.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other graphic design software.
- Experience with Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere (or other video editing software) is a plus.
- Strong conceptual thinking and creative design skills.
- Keen attention to detail and a strong sense of design aesthetics.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently or within cross-functional teams.
- A responsible and proactive attitude toward work.
