- Identify and research potential clients and new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients and prospects.
- Provide clear and timely assistance to clients regarding product offerings and business solutions.
- Analyze market trends and explore various sales strategies to support business expansion.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations based on sales performance and market insights.
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
- Ensure that all sales activities and processes are carried out efficiently and systematically.
- Collaborate with internal teams and principals to deliver optimal client solutions and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Participate in projects or other duties as assigned to support overall team productivity.
- Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development roles.
- Preferably has at least 2 years of experience in the travel, airline, GDS, or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of sales and marketing strategies, with proven negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Fast learner with a strategic mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good command of written and spoken English is preferred.
- Demonstrates a professional, can-do attitude and strong work ethic.
