- Placed at PT Speedwork Solusi Utama
- Develop and manage relationships with principals
- Negotiate terms, establish sales targets, and support them in achieving distribution goals
- Engage and build relationships with B2B Mining Sectors
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Provide training and support to B2B mining companies, ensuring strong product knowledge and brand alignment
- Deliver tailored support and solutions for each client
- Build relationships with industry associations and groups to stay informed on local market changes and opportunities
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field (preferred)
- Have 6-8 years of experience or 4-5 years as a B2B Account Executive
- Proven experience in B2B sales within the mining or heavy industry sector
- Strong understanding of the mining industry's operations, challenges, and technologies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously
- Goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
