- Oversee and manage the procurement process, including sourcing, ordering, and tracking materials, goods, and, services complying
- Negotiate and review agreement/vendor related procuring process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely procurement and delivery of required items.
- Ensure procurement activities are conducted in accordance with company policies, budgets, and legal requirements
- Provide administrative support to various departments, ensuring smooth daily operations
- Handle office supplies and equipment management, ensuring availability and proper functioning.
Minimum Qualifications
- Min. Procurement and GA 3+ years
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent with negotiation
- Vendor management
- Familiar with IT and manage IT Asset Management
- Available for working WFO
