- Develop and conduct engaging business and product training programs.
- Deliver both offline and online training sessions, including weekends when required.
- Ensure brand consistency in all training delivery, aligning with BSKIN's core philosophy.
- Maintain deep and up-to-date knowledge of all product lines, including key features, ingredients, and best-selling points.
- Confidently present, demonstrate, and explain BSKIN products across multiple platforms (offline event, online session, etc).
- Represent BSKIN during events, workshops, and product launches, ensuring a premium and consistent brand experience.
- Assist in setting up demo areas or training sessions during key activations.
- Support our Beauty Adisors when assigned to maintain brand training standards.
Minimum Qualifications
- Min. Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 3-4 years of hands-on experience as a beauty trainer, educator, or in related roles within skincare or cosmetics.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; confident and engaging speaker.
- Positive, reliable team player with a can-do and adaptable attitude.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with professionalism and flexibility.
- Warm and approachable personality, with patience to teach diverse audiences.
- Passionate about skincare, wellness, and empowering others through education.
- Willing to travel and work during weekends when required for events or trainings.
