Job Description
Job Overview
The Executive Sales Assistant will work closely with the executive team to support international sales activities, including client and partner prospecting, market research, and lead generation. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical and communication skills who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a dynamic sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research to identify and qualify international prospects and potential partners,
- Assist in developing and maintaining a pipeline of international leads,
- Reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn, and other platforms to initiate contact and schedule meetings,
- Prepare company profiles, sales decks, proposals, and other sales collateral,
- Support the executive team in managing partner relationships and follow-ups,
- Perform market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential entry points,
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate and timely data,
- Assist in coordinating international meetings, presentations, and sales campaigns,
- Track and report key metrics related to lead generation and prospect engagement.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or related field,
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support, business development, or market research (experience in tech/SaaS is a plus),
- Strong interest in international markets and B2B sales,
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written),
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven,
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce),
- Comfortable with outreach activities and building professional relationships across cultures,
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English is a must,
- Curious, fast learner, and able to adapt in a dynamic business environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working with international clients or in a global business environment,
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools, or other sales enablement platforms.
