- Represent Kitar and help customers understand our brand and services.
- Assist in providing mobile phone recycling consultations and basic quality checks.
- Support door-to-door recycling services alongside senior team members.
- Help respond to customer service and after-sales inquiries.
- Contribute to maintaining positive customer relationships through friendly and professional engagement.
Minimum Qualifications
- Final year students who is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or fresh graduates with a maximum of 1 year experience.
- A minimum GPA (or IPK) of 3.20.
- Available for a full-time 6-month paid internship.
- Proficiency in verbal and written English skills is a plus.
- Passionate about mobile phone gadgets and the industry.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment.
