- Forecast and plan the procurement of raw materials to meet production targets
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials
- Manage the transportation of raw materials from suppliers to our production facilities
- Monitor inventory levels and identify opportunities to optimise supply chain logistics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any procurement or logistics issues
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to raw material procurement and transportation
- Continuously seek ways to improve procurement and logistics processes to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Minimum Qualifications
- Have 3-5 years experience in Planning Procurement Raw Material and Transportation (preferably in manufacture industry)
- Basic understanding of ocean freight logistics.
- Knowledge of ship contract management (charter party).
- Ability to network globally and build international relationships.
- Bachelor degree (S1), any major
- Ability in communicating in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Skilled in operating Microsoft Excel.
- This job is contract based
