Tugas pekerjaan:
- Menyambut klien yang datang di front desk dengan ramah dan sopan
- Menjawab telpon serta mengelola klien walk-in, tamu yang berkepentingan, menyapa pengunjung dengan welcoming manner.
- Membuat report keluar masuk data serta kedatangan klien perusahaan
Minimum Qualifications
Kualifikasi:
- Usia maksimal 35 tahun
- Pendidikan minimal SMU, D3 Semua jurusan
- Berpengalaman sebagai frontliner minimal 2 tahun lebih disukai
- Mahir mengoperasikan Microsoft Office terutama Excel
- Service oriented, disiplin dan memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
- Detail oriented, teliti, jujur dan bertanggung jawab
