Assistant Director For Pt Sinar Sakti Internasional  

💼 Responsibility :

1. Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients.
2. Handle Project End to End
3. Manage, visit, and monitor director's projects.
4. Handle procurement of goods from searching for vendors, negotiation, and purchase.
5. Attend meetings attended by the director to take minutes and documentation.
6. Produce and manage reports, analysis, and presentations.
7. Manage important documents needed or owned by the director (both physically and digitally).
8. Handle requests and queries appropriately.

✅ Qualifications :

1. Bachelor Degree from Law or any major.
2. Have a background in accounting
3. Minimum 1-2 years of experience as assistant director/executive assistance roles.
4. Having experience in handling project tender / legal projects will be a plus.
5. Willing to travel frequently to monitor projects.
6. Excellent verbal and written communications skills for managing communications and interacting with various stakeholders.
7. Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
8. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, etc) and Google Workspace.
