Job Description
Responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales, and ensuring the smooth execution of client services. Your role includes maintaining long-term client partnerships, addressing their inquiries, assessing financial needs, and promoting the company’s products and services. You will also be expected to evaluate creditworthiness, ensure compliance with internal policies, and collaborate with various teams to deliver exceptional service.
Minimum Qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for inquiries and issues.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client portfolio and achieve sales targets.
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports on client accounts, sales activities, and performance.
- Resolve client issues promptly by working with internal teams to provide effective solutions.
- Collaborate other teams to enhance client engagement and service delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends and provide insights to improve products and services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer service roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Able to work with multicultural environment.
- Able to speak in English is mandatory.
