- Act as the primary point of contact during IT infrastructure incidents, ensuring timely resolution to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders for effective incident handling and root cause identification.
- Monitor incident tickets, prioritize based on impact and urgency, and ensure compliance with SLA requirements.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and contribute to the knowledge base to prevent future occurrences.
- Participate in post-incident reviews to improve processes and prevent repeat incidents.
- Ensure adherence to ITIL best practices and maintain accurate documentation for all incidents.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Equivalent experience may also be considered.
- At least 1 year of experience as an Incident Manager, IT Support, or similar role in IT infrastructure management.
- Must have ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) Certification.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and applications.
- Familiarity with incident management tools and ticketing systems.
- Proficient in documenting incident details, root cause analysis, and problem resolution.
- Knowledge of incident escalation procedures and stakeholder communication.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with technical teams and clients.
- Analytical mindset to identify patterns in recurring incidents and propose solutions.
