- Monitor, maintain, and optimize the core banking system and server infrastructure to ensure maximum uptime and performance.
- Perform real-time analysis and troubleshooting of application issues, providing effective and timely resolutions to end-users.
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to efficiently resolve system-related incidents and problems.
- Translate user requirements and business logic into system workflows and configurations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain custom reports based on business or user needs.
- Document processes, incidents, and solutions to ensure knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in IT Application Support or a similar technical role.
- Strong hands-on experience with: Java, PL/SQL, MySQL, Oracle Database
- Solid understanding of business logic implementation within banking or enterprise system environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teams and external vendors.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and manage multiple tasks or incidents simultaneously.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written) and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Experience with core banking or financial systems is a plus.
