- Analyze business requirements and develop test plans & test cases
- Perform testing on mobile applications, web applications, and integration systems
- Document testing results clearly and systematically
- Analyze and report bugs/issues identified during testing
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Developers and Business Analysts) to clarify requirements and resolve issues
Minimum Qualifications
Technical Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the life insurance industry
- Proven experience in Software Development
- Strong understanding of Software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience in creating test plans and test cases using tools such as Jira
- Hands-on experience in testing mobile applications (Android/iOS), web applications, and integration systems
- Familiar with SQL (DML), Postman, and Microsoft Access
Non-Technical Requirements
- Good communication skills and strong sense of integrity
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High level of responsibility and accountability
- Easily reachable during working days and hours
