- New Business Development & Lead Generation
- Build and maintain a prospect database and targeted contact lists.
- Conduct industry and market research to identify potential leads and business opportunities.
- Analyze customer needs and business pain points to tailor suitable IT solutions and service offerings.
- Identify and approach prospective clients to expand the company’s business network.
2. Account Management & Customer Insights
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Review and analyze customer data, transaction history, and service usage patterns.
- Collect customer feedback and provide insights for service and product improvements.
- Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities based on client needs and profiles.
3. Sales Planning & Client Engagement
- Prepare and manage client visit schedules, presentations, and sales materials.
- Present IT products, Professional Services, and technology solutions aligned with client business needs.
- Develop proposals, quotations, and handle procurement-related documentation such as Purchase Orders (PO), agreements, and e-procurement processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client engagement.
4. Relationship Management & Business Growth
- Build long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Support negotiation processes and assist in closing business opportunities.
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding ongoing projects, business needs, and future opportunities.
- Support employer branding initiatives through LinkedIn and other social media platforms when needed.
5. Target Management & Strategy Execution
- Achieve revenue and performance targets set by management.
- Support the development and execution of sales strategies and action plans.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline progress, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Stay updated with industry developments, enterprise IT solutions, and technology market trends, especially in the banking sector.
Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Information Technology, or related fields.
2. Has over 3 years of experience as an IT Account Manager, Sales, Relationship Manager, or in a similar role, preferably within Professional Services, IT Consulting, software, or technology-related companies.
3. Strong experience in Professional Services (PS) sales, including client relationship management, business development, and IT project coordination.
4. Good understanding of enterprise IT solutions, software services, and technology-based business environments. Experience in the banking industry will be considered a plus.
5. Technical Awareness: Basic knowledge of IT products and services; experience handling Professional Services offerings is an advantage.
6. Having creative skills and the ability to support employer branding initiatives through LinkedIn and other social media platforms will be considered an advantage.
7. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
8. Good English communication skills (spoken and written) are mandatory.
