- Analyze and evaluate existing business processes to identify improvement opportunities and system enhancement needs
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements from stakeholders
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and clear documentation for technical teams
- Conduct process mapping, workflow analysis, and gap analysis between business needs and system capabilities
- Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives
- Support system integration analysis and ensure smooth data flow between systems
- Perform data analysis and validation using SQL or other analytical tools
- Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure system functionality aligns with business requirements
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including BRD, functional specification documents, and user guides
- Communicate project progress, issues, and recommendations to stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Computer Science, Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience as an IT Business Analyst, Requirement Analyst, or Product Manager.
- Proven experience handling customer-facing applications, web applications, and e-commerce / marketplace platforms.
- Strong expertise in Business Process Analysis and System / Integration Analysis.
- Solid knowledge of SQL queries for data analysis and validation.
- Additional skills in BigQuery, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) are a plus.
- Strong critical and analytical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Able to create clear, structured, and well-documented documentation.
- Capable of working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
