Tax Administration  

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain tax documentation and records.
• Assist in calculation and reporting of monthly, quarterly, and annual taxes.
• Support the preparation and submission of tax returns (e.g., VAT, WHT, corporate tax).
• Monitor tax deadlines and ensure timely payments and filings.
• Coordinate with internal departments to collect required tax data.
• Assist during tax audits and respond to inquiries from tax authorities.
• Ensure compliance with current tax laws and company policies.
• Update and maintain tax database and filling system.
• Prepare reports related to tax obligations and payments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in tax administration or accounting (fresh graduates may apply).
• Basic knowledge of tax regulations and reporting procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Willing to be placed in Denpasar, Bali.
