Job Description

- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.

- Gather information and needs on customer.

- Engage in company activities and events.

- Contact customer to understand their requirements and work on a sales plan.

- Coordinate with Presales/Product Specialist to create customized sales plans for key clients.

- Communicate product and pricing details clearly

- Ensure prompt and accurate answers to clients queries

- Suggest company products or services that maximize client satisfaction.

- Build strong client relationships, through regular visit and communication.

- Provide after-sales support to retain customers.

- Promote new products/services to existing customers.

- Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell.

- Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities).

- Report on the status of accounts, monthly KPI's and sales forecast

- Report on CRM system.

Minimum Qualifications

- Proven work experience as a Account Manager or relevant sales role Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota.

- General IT knowledege preferably in the area IT software infrastructure, backup & disaster recovery, security or network management.

- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. Microsoft Office, CRM software, etc).

- Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude.

- Understanding of sales principles and ability to deliver excellent customer experience.

- Strong (verbal and written) communication skills with an ability to build relationships.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Effective presentation and negotiation skills.

- Diploma/S1 degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field.

- Age 23 - 30 years old.
