Job Description
- Utilize data and analysis that has been carried out to perfect service strategies and ensure service quality assurance
- Ensure guaranteed service quality and productivity
- Ensure that the programs and campaigns carried out run according to the timeline and the quality is maintained by prioritizing the convenience of using the service by customers.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Communication, Public Relations, Business Management and related major with minumum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00
- Experienced in handling User Experience and Customer Care
- Excellent communication skill
