- Support the Sales team in solution-based selling by assisting with technical designs and architecture recommendations.
- Participate in Proof of Concept (POC) activities, including preparation, execution, and documentation.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor, ensuring proposed solutions align with business needs and industry best practices.
- Continuously learn new technologies, products, and vendor solutions to enhance technical capabilities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\
- Have 1-2 years of experience in IT infrastructure, presales, or technical roles.
- Strong understanding of servers, storage, networking, backup, virtualization, and security concepts.
- Familiarity with at least one major IT vendor or technology stack such as Dell, HPE, Cisco, Veeam, or VMware.
