- Leading a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Designing, developing, and maintaining applications using Java 17/21, Spring Boot/WebFlux or Micronaut.
- Implementing efficient data access layers with JPA/Hibernate and managing data stores such as Redis and MongoDB.
- Integrating event-driven architectures with Kafka or NATS.
- Developing and maintaining APIs using OpenAPI standards.
- Ensuring application security with JWT, HMAC, and RSA signing.
- Deploying and maintaining applications in containerized environments (Docker) with CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Mentoring and guiding team members to improve technical skills and coding practices.
- Participating in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Minimum Qualifications
- Senior-level experience as Lead/Senior Developer.
- Strong proficiency in Java 17/21.
- Hands-on experience with GCP (Google Cloud Platform).
- Expertise in Spring Boot (WebFlux) or Micronaut.
- Deep knowledge in JPA/Hibernate.
- Experience with Netty, Kafka/NATS, Redis, and MongoDB.
- Skilled in OpenAPI design and implementation.
- Familiar with JWT, HMAC, and RSA signing for security.
- Proficient in Docker and CI/CD pipeline setup.
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Willing to work in a hybrid arrangement (WFO + WFH).
- Available for a 3-month contract (extendable).
