- Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services using Java (17/21) and modern frameworks (Spring Boot/WebFlux, Micronaut).
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrations following best practices and security standards.
- Manage database operations and data persistence with JPA/Hibernate, ensuring system performance.
- Implement event-driven systems using tools like Kafka/NATS and caching with Redis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Frontend, QA, DevOps, Product) to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Deploy and monitor applications using Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (e.g., GCP).
- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance system performance and scalability.
- Contribute to technical discussions, architecture decisions, and knowledge sharing within the team.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience as a Backend Engineer
- Strong proficiency in Java 17/21, Spring Boot/WebFlux or Micronaut
- Solid knowledge of JPA/Hibernate, Netty, Kafka/NATS, and Redis.
- Experience with MongoDB, OpenAPI, JWT/HMAC/RSA signing, and Docker.
- Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (e.g., GCP).
