- Collaborate with Finance and IT teams to gather, analyse, and document business requirements related to financial systems.
- Prepare business requirement (or functional requirement) document as per requirements from business groups
- Review requirement documents prepared by other Analysts.
- Provide functional and technical support for financial applications (e.g., General Ledger, Treasury, Risk, and Financial Reporting) by explaining queries or training the technical (non-domain) team.
- Act as a liaison between business users and developers, ensuring that
- The development team has clear understanding of requirements and solutions
- Assess that the developed system (after and during development) match with the business requirements at all times
- Help developers present the solution to business users from time to time, so that the business users can evaluate, check and agree that the solution indeed matches with the requirement.
- Participate in system configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), implementation, and support for finance-related IT projects.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal reporting requirements (IFRS, PSAK, Basel, OJK, etc.).
- Analyse system issues during system and user tests and provide timely resolution or clarity with minimal business impact.
- Generate technical and user documentation, including data mapping, functional specs, and SOPs. This could include functional specifications, design specifications, training guide and user manual.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as an IT Analyst, System Analyst, or Business Analyst in the Banking Industry.
- Strong understanding of finance processes (GL, AP/AR, Treasury, and Risk).
- Hands-on experience with Core Banking Systems or Financial Applications (T24, Flex cube, SAP, Oracle, Moody’s, etc.).
- Knowledge of digital banking systems (Web & Mobile)
- Solid knowledge of SQL and data analysis.
- Strong analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiar with regulatory and financial reporting (IFRS, Basel, OJK/BI reporting preferred).
