- Train, and onboard new tutors, ensuring they are well-equipped to provide effective educational support.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for tutors, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement professional development plans to enhance tutor skills and knowledge.
- Establish and enforce tutoring standards and guidelines to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
- Provide ongoing training and workshops for tutors to enhance their teaching techniques and communication skills.
- Collect and analyze data on tutoring program effectiveness, tutor performance, and student outcomes
Minimum Qualifications
Required qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in tutoring, coaching, education, or educational program management
- Teaching or tutoring certification is a plus.
- Strong understanding of pedagogical principles and effective tutoring & mentoring techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in educational technology and tutoring platforms.
- Experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of tutors.
