Freelance Business Development  

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Management: Respond promptly to all incoming leads from the CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate information sharing.
• Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact for potential clients, answering questions about our services, gathering project requirements, and setting up initial consultations.
• Lead Qualification: Assess the needs of potential clients to qualify them based on project scope, budget, and timeline.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with the internal Design & Build team to match client needs with the appropriate services and professionals.
• Report Preparation: Prepare and submit weekly reports summarizing lead activity, including the number of new leads, conversion status, and any challenges encountered.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, project details, and lead statuses in the CRM system.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and project management teams to ensure smooth transitions from lead to project execution.

• Previous experience in lead management, client communication, or project coordination (preferably in design, architecture, or construction).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking tools especially qontak and ritme
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
• Experience in the home renovation, design, or construction industry is a plus.
