The Sales Administrative Associate provides administrative and operational support to the sales team to ensure efficient sales processes and timely execution of sales activities. Support sales operations and documentation by preparing and managing bid requirements, monitoring project opportunities, and coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Management, or any related field)
- Sales admin or customer support experience (fresh grads welcome!)
- Proficient in MS Office & Google Workspace
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to coordinate with sales teams, clients, and internal departments.
- Ability to create reports, trackers, and presentations
- Background in procurement or bidding procedures is an advantage
