As a Music Teacher at Sparks Music, you will inspire and guide students through fun, structured, and progressive music learning journeys. You will teach private and/or group lessons while helping deliver Sparks’ unique Adventure-Based Learning experience for children.
Instruments: Drum | Vocal | Piano | Guitar
Location (On-site):
- Taman Palem
- Harapan Indah
- Cibubur
Responsibilities:
- Teach engaging private and/or group music lessons based on Sparks Music curriculum
- Adapt teaching methods to suit students’ learning pace and personality
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to students and parents
- Prepare students for recitals, exams, and internal performances
- Support showcases and student evaluation events
- Collaborate with curriculum, operations, and fellow teachers
- Maintain a positive, professional, and supportive learning environment
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Music OR Have International Music Certification (ABRSM, Rockschool, Trinity or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience (music school or private)
- Experience teaching children aged 4–15 is an advantage
- Passionate about teaching children and teenagers
- Strong communication skills, flexible, and proactive
