- Group Talent Acquisition Strategy: Design and execute an integrated hiring strategy across all subsidiaries, aligning recruitment goals with corporate growth plans and workforce forecasts.
- Recruitment Governance & Standardization: Establish group-wide recruitment policies, tools, and service-level standards (SLA) to ensure consistency, speed, and compliance across business units.
- Employer Branding & Talent Pipeline Development: Strengthen the group’s employer brand through digital presence, talent community building, campus engagement, and internal referral programs.
- Talent Market Intelligence & Workforce Planning: Analyze labor market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor movements to support strategic workforce decisions and anticipate future hiring needs.
- Recruitment Digitalization & Analytics: Drive the transformation from manual to structured, data-driven recruitment by implementing group-wide digital tools, standardizing processes, and leveraging analytics for continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Partnership & Advisory: Collaborate with department senior management to forecast hiring needs, define role requirements, and make data-backed talent decisions. Act as a trusted advisor to leadership.
- Leadership & Capability Building: Coach and develop recruitment teams within each business unit to strengthen capability, consistency, and professionalism in hiring execution.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration from a reputable university (local or overseas).
- 5 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3–5 years in a senior or group-level managerial capacity.
- Proven success in overseeing multi-entity or regional recruitment operations, including shared service or centralized TA model implementation.
- Strong expertise in digital recruitment transformation (ATS, analytics dashboards, AI sourcing tools).
- Experience in building employer branding strategy and managing executive-level recruitment.
- Deep understanding of labor regulations, recruitment metrics, and data-driven decision-making.
- Bilingual in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken fluency required).
