Job Description
The Project Manager will provide end to end project management and responsible in fulfilling and delivery of every projects in a timely manner. Initiate, plan, execute and monitor the agreed timelines set forth by the client and contractor.
Responsibilities:
- Develops a feasible plan and schedule for completion of projects following the lead time of internal dependencies and contractors; track and control schedule to achieve project completion within the target time.
- Facilitates the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
- Defines project tasks and resource requirements
- Develops full scale project plans
- Plans and schedule project timelines
- Provides direction and support to project team
- Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project
- Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
- Implements and manages project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
- Project evaluations and assessment of result
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of a 4 year Engineering Degree course (ECE, EE, ME, CE)
- With at least 5 years relevant working experience
- Has experience in MS Project
- Has experience in OSP (Outside Plant) and project management
- With technical skill set in Autocad and KMZ (Google Earth)
- Identifies and solve problems with effective solutions
- Must be result oriented
- Preferably has telco industry experience
