CORE Operator — Engineer  

What everyone does (core operator scope)

Regardless of background, everyone operates across the core:

1. Partner and solution onboarding (Databricks, Snowflake, Nutanix, DataRobot, Samsara, etc.)
2. Service provider recruiting (sourcing, vetting, onboarding)
3. Proposal and client execution (fast scopes, responses, coordination, responsiveness)
4. Platform and operations (deal → delivery → billing flow)
5. Finance and correctness (clean invoicing, collections support, bookkeeping hygiene)
6. Escalation and problem solving (raise issues early, support fixes)

Your deep skill responsibilities (Engineer)

1. You will be trusted to own engineering work while learning how the whole machine runs:
2. Build and improve internal tools that increase execution speed and reduce mistakes
3. Support platform workflows from onboarding through delivery and billing
4. Integrate partner solutions into our operations (and help document “how to use it”)
5. Debug issues fast and communicate clearly with non‑technical teammates
6. Improve reliability, automation, and clarity of operating systems (SOPs, templates, tooling)

We are looking for engineers who want to master their craft and grow into entrepreneurs by operating across the core of our company.

What this role is
This is not a narrow engineering job. It is a T‑shaped role: you will have one deep skill where you are strong and credible (engineering), and you will also learn to operate across the core operations.
Our goal is simple: take strong early‑career professionals and turn them into real operators and entrepreneurs through direct exposure to how a business is built, sold, operated, and defended when things go wrong.

Compensation and structure

• Location: Davao
• Setup: In person (no remote)
• Hours: 9 to 5
• Base salary: Competitive for Davao (0–3 years experience)
• Overtime: Every additional hour worked is paid
• Commission: Paid to those who take a lead role in helping land new clients
