Fullstack Developer  

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
• Design and develop scalable backend services using .NET Core / ASP.NET Core.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs to support mobile applications and external integrations.
• Design and implement Microservices-based solutions to support scalable and maintainable applications.
• Develop integration between multiple services, applications, databases, and third-party systems.
• Implement appropriate authentication, authorization, validation, and security mechanisms.
• Design and optimize database structures, queries, and data access processes.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain applications/services within cloud server environments.
• Collaborate with DevOps or infrastructure teams to support application deployment and environment management.
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues across frontend, backend, API, database, and cloud environments.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and implement improvements for application scalability and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, debugging, testing, deployment, and system improvements.
• Ensure development follows clean coding practices, development standards, security guidelines, and architectural principles.
• Work closely with Business Analysts, QA Engineers, Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, DevOps Engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in Fullstack Development, Software Engineering, or a related role.
• Strong hands-on experience developing mobile applications using Flutter & Dart.
• Strong experience in backend development using C# & .NET Core / ASP.NET Core.
• Experienced in designing, developing, consuming, and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Solid understanding of Frontend–Backend architecture and system integration.
• Experience working with Microservices Architecture and distributed application environments.
• Familiar with designing and developing independent, scalable, and maintainable backend services.
• Understanding of service-to-service communication, API Gateway, authentication, authorization, and service integration.
• Experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Familiar with database design, SQL queries, data relationships, indexing, and performance optimization.
• Familiar with Cloud Server / Cloud Computing environments, preferably AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Understanding of deploying and managing applications/services in cloud environments.
• Familiar with Linux/Windows Server environments, networking fundamentals, and application configuration.
• Experience with Git-based version control and collaborative development workflows.
• Familiar with application debugging, logging, monitoring, and troubleshooting across frontend and backend environments.
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with BA, QA, Product, UI/UX, DevOps, and other engineering teams.

Nice to Have

Candidates with the following experience will be a strong plus:

• Hands-on experience building production-grade Flutter applications.
• Strong experience developing Microservices using .NET Core.
• Experience with Docker and containerized applications.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes or container orchestration.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP services.
• Familiarity with cloud services such as compute, storage, database, networking, and monitoring.
• Experience with message brokers / event-driven architecture such as RabbitMQ or Kafka.
• Understanding of Redis / caching mechanisms.
• Experience with API Gateway and service discovery.
• Familiarity with application monitoring and logging tools.
• Experience working with high-availability, scalable, or high-transaction systems.
• Experience in Banking, Fintech, Insurance, Payment, or other enterprise-level applications is highly preferred.
