Job Description
- Oversee projects, support app development teams, analyze workflows, and lead optimisation initiatives.
- Define functional, technical & API documents (e.g., BRD, FSD, APIs).
- Design test planning and test case development.
- Assist development team to reviewing code around .NET & Go language.
- Analyse data structures, troubleshoot system anomalies, and validate workflow accuracy.
- Present findings to stakeholders and senior management, and collaborate with developers and data owners.

- Fully Onsite
- Willing to work in finance customer (banking, insurance, etc)
- PKWT Contract (12 mos extendable)
- BPJS (TK, KK), THR (1x), Bonus (1x), Yearly Income (14x)
- Medical Insurance (Gold - AdMedika)
- Paid Leave (12 days/year)
- Overtime Pay (if any)
- Salary around 14 -16 mio net
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Solution Analyst or similar role.
- Previous experience as a Developer is required.
- Strong experience in creating test plans and developing test cases.
- Experience in banking industry is a must.
- Experience with core banking systems (e.g., Silverlake), technical applications, etc.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems.
- Solid understanding of system integration principles, data flow architecture, and performance tuning.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in stakeholder engagement and leadership roles.
- Demonstrated ability to work on multiple complex projects and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
