Job Description

Handling Complaint (Penanganan Keluhan): Menangani komplain tamu dengan cepat, efektif, dan solutif agar pelanggan tetap puas.

Manajemen Reservasi & VIP: Mengelola daftar reservasi, terutama untuk tamu VIP atau acara khusus, serta menyiapkan kebutuhan mereka.

Membangun Loyalitas: Mengenali preferensi tamu reguler dan meningkatkan penjualan (upselling) dengan menawarkan promosi atau keanggotaan.

Follow-up: Memastikan umpan balik dari pelanggan tercatat sebagai bahan evaluasi manajemen.

Menyambut dan Melayani Tamu: Menyapa tamu dengan ramah, mengantar ke meja, dan memberikan informasi menu atau fasilitas restoran.

Customer Intimacy (Pendekatan Pelanggan): Berinteraksi langsung dari meja ke meja untuk menanyakan kepuasan terhadap makanan, pelayanan, dan kebersihan

Minimum Qualifications

  • Wanita, maksimal 28 tahun.
  • SMA/SMK Sederajat (lulusan pariwisata/perhotelan nilai plus).
  • Tinggi badan minimal 160 cm, berpenampilan menarik.
  • Berpengalaman di bidang yang sama minimal 1 tahun.
  • memiliki kemampuan berbahas asing ( Nilai Plus )
  • Bersedia ditempatkan dimana saja
