Customer Engineer

Sebagai Customer Engineer, kamu akan memastikan mesin pelanggan dapat beroperasi dengan optimal sekaligus memberikan solusi teknis yang cepat dan tepat. Kamu juga akan berinteraksi langsung dengan pelanggan dan berperan sebagai partner yang dapat diandalkan dalam kebutuhan teknis mereka.
Job description
- Melakukan instalasi, perawatan, dan perbaikan mesin pelanggan
- Menyiapkan hardware & konektivitas untuk kebutuhan demo
- Memberikan training penggunaan mesin kepada pelanggan
- Menangani troubleshooting serta memastikan solusi yang efektif
- Membangun hubungan baik dengan pelanggan sebagai trusted advisor
- Mendokumentasikan aktivitas service (report, sap, dan visit record)
- Berkontribusi dalam continuous improvement layanan
Minimum Qualifications
- Pendidikan D3 Teknik Elektro / Mekatronika
- Memiliki pengalaman maksimal 2 tahun Kerja
- Terbuka untuk Freshgraduate
- Tidak sedang menempuh masa perkuliahan
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan interpersonal skill yang baik
- Dapat mengendarai motor dan memiliki sim C merupakan nilai lebih
- Diprioritaskan domisili : Medan, Balikpapan, Manado, Makassar, Semarang, Jakarta
- Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh cabang Astragraphia di Indonesia
