🎯 Responsibilities
Maintain accurate books in QuickBooks Online (PH & US)
Issue client invoices
Categorize transactions weekly
Prepare monthly:
Profit & Loss
Maintain AR tracking
Ensure books are closed by the 10th of each month
Minimum Qualifications
Zeno Group is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support our U.S. and Philippine entities. This role is critical to maintaining clean books, timely reporting, and strong financial visibility across our businesses.
🕒 Schedule
Monday–Friday
4:00 PM – 8:00 PM (PHT)
20 hours per week
💰 Compensation
₱25,000/month
6-month probation
Opportunity to expand role after probation
📌 Requirements
BS in Accountancy
3+ years experience using QBO
Strong understanding of P&L structure
Detail-oriented with high accuracy
⭐ Preferred
Experience preparing reports for management review
