Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assist in preparing and reviewing financial reports.

  • Develop a wide range of policies, technical accounting analysis, and procedures.

  • Ensure timely reporting of all monthly financial information.

  • Assist with the design and implementation of account reconciliations.

  • Prepare financial analysis for contract negotiations and product investment decisions.

  • Manage debt facilities and review compliance reporting as applicable.

  • Responsible for planning functions including budgeting and forecasting.

  • Leading the preparation and management of working capital analysis.

  • Supervise and manage the closing process of month and year-end financial reporting.

  • Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to top management.

  • Analyze and interpret balance sheet and income statement metrics and trends.

Minimum Qualifications

  • An undergraduate or graduate degree in accounting, business, or business administration.

  • Have a similar experience for at least 2 years.

  • Have experience in CMA, R Language, and SOX.

  • Problem solver with strict attention to detail.

  • Use leadership skills to guide and strive for continuous improvement.

  • Solid critical thinking and judgment for decision making.

  • Fluent in budget planning, balance sheet and month-end closing practices.

  • Fluent in maintaining and updating the general ledger.

  • Good at communicating with team members and other departments.
