- Drafting and review legal correspondences, agreements, memorandum, advice, opinion and other legal opinion
- Have a good attention to detail is required to ensure the accuracy of the documents and correspondence to ensure the company's full legal rights
- In depth knowledge of contract law, regulatory compliance with applicable laws
- Giving advice regarding legal risks mitigation, potential, liabilities and appropriate contractual protections
- Prepare all company group licenses including but not limited to corporate license and mining licenses
- Managing legal documentation, correspondences and performing various clerical tasks to support administrative of the legal team's needs
- Continously responsible for legal project handling as well as monitoring and reporting the progress in comprehensive and timely manner
Minimum Qualifications
- Able to communicate in English both verbal and written
- Bachelor Degree in Law from reputable university (Min GPA 3.00/4.00). A Master's degree is an added value
- Min. 2 years of experience as Legal officer in Mining Company
- Good attention to detail is required to ensure the accuracy of the documents and correspondence
