• Min. D3 in any major (all majors welcome)
• Excellent English & Traditional Chinese (written, spoken, listening, reading) — B2 proficiency
• Fresh graduates welcome
• No experience required (experience is a plus)
• Able to start immediately (strong plus)
• BPO experience is a plus
• Willing to work shifting hours
• Willing to undergo training
• Willing to work weekends & public holidays
• Placement: Denpasar, Bali (Full WFO)

Shifting Arrangement:
• 24/7 rotating shift system
• 5 working days per week + 2 days off (days off may not fall on weekends)
• Monthly shift rotation
• 3 shift types: morning, afternoon, overnight
• Public holiday work (tanggal merah) is paid double
• No extra pay if they work in night shift (they will get free meal)
Shift Timings:
• Morning: 7 AM - 4 PM WITA
• Afternoon: 2 PM - 11 PM WITA
• Overnight: 10 PM - 7 AM WITA
