Job Overview:
The Sales Representative / Business Development Officer plays a key role in helping the company achieve its revenue and business growth objectives. This role involves actively reaching out to leads, conducting thorough follow-ups, and building a strong understanding of prospects' business needs and challenges to present tailored proposals.
The ideal candidate must establish, develop, and maintain positive relationships with clients and partners to drive sales and ensure long-term business opportunities. A proactive and strategic approach to identifying opportunities and fostering partnerships is essential for success in this role.
- Proactively prospect and manage a lead database, ensuring consistent outreach, follow-ups, and lead nurturing.
- Identify client challenges, concerns, or business needs and provide customized proposals with relevant solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and effectively communicate the value of company's offerings to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, representing the company professionally.
- Contribute ideas and strategies for improving prospecting, lead generation, and conversion processes.
- Offer insights for product and process improvements to drive efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Demonstrate a self-starter attitude, motivated for personal and professional growth.
- Approach challenges with an entrepreneurial mindset and resourcefulness to achieve goals.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have 2+ years experience in Sales, Business Development Officer or similar role
- Must have exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills
- Must have Strong command of English language in both oral and written
- Must have Strong attention to details
- Must be able to manage pressure well and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and as a team player.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not required.
