- Merancang & menerapkan strategi manajemen persediaan nasional di seluruh gudang.
- Menyusun & menegakkan SOP untuk penanganan alat, bahan habis pakai, dan buffer stock.
- Memastikan FIFO/FEFO dan kepatuhan standar distribusi kesehatan.
- Mengembangkan dashboard real-time untuk visibilitas & kontrol persediaan nasional.
- Mengintegrasikan ERP/WMS dengan sistem monitoring untuk forecasting & audit sesuai kebutuhan bisnis.
- Menganalisis tren permintaan dan menyusun forecast nasional serta standar buffer stock.
- Mengoptimalkan perpindahan stok antar gudang untuk efisiensi ruang & pengurangan idle asset.
- Membina & mengawasi pekerjaan tim gudang serta mendorong kolaborasi antar tim gudang.
- Menyusun jadwal restocking berbasis konsumsi, permintaan, dan proyeksi penjualan.
- Berkoordinasi lintas tim (Product, Procurement, Finance) untuk ketersediaan & MRP tepat waktu.
Minimum Qualifications
- Pendidikan minimal S1 bidang Logistik, Teknik Industri, Manajemen Operasi, atau bidang terkait dari reputable university di Indonesia
- Pengalaman minimal 5 tahun di supply chain/logistik, dengan minimal pengalaman 3 tahun memimpin manajemen multi-gudang.
- Pengalaman di industri alat kesehatan dan alat dashboard (Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio).
- Kemampuan analitis dan kompleks problem solving, detail-oriented dan sistematis.
