🎯 What You’ll Actually Work On

Depending on fit, you may support one of these tracks:

1️⃣ Startup Operations

Research markets, competitors, or tools for live founder projects

Organize messy workflows into clean SOPs

Help coordinate remote sessions or contributor systems

2️⃣ Content & IP Capture

Turn Zoom calls into structured notes or blog drafts

Convert conversations into reusable startup content

Organize documents that later train AI systems

3️⃣ Community & Growth

Support onboarding of contributors

Help test outreach experiments

Maintain simple Notion / Google Sheets systems

This is execution work. You will produce outputs — not just observe.

🧠 What You Will Have After 8–12 Weeks

If you complete agreed deliverables, you will have:

3–5 documented startup outputs (research, systems, or content)

A structured portfolio you can show future employers

Real experience working in a remote startup environment

Exposure to founders and operators

Priority consideration for future paid roles (for strong contributors)

Certificate + recommendation (based on performance)

Many past contributors use this as:

Proof they can execute remotely

A bridge into startup, VA, or operations roles

A stepping stone into founder-adjacent work
