Job Description
- Identify audit needs
- Recommend the development of a robust data audit system to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analyze audit results and provide actionable recommendations to improve processes, controls, and governance.
- Monitor implementation of recommendations
- Conduct development and operational system audits
- Develop audit plans, including defining audit targets, objectives, and appropriate methodologies.
- Prepare reports and presentations
- Identify key risk and key control
- Developing and implementing fraud prevention strategies, conducting investigations, and reporting findings to relevant stakeholders
- Evaluate the organization's adherence to established business processes, standards of operation procedures (SOPs), and regulations.
- Conduct process, business, and rule audits
- Communicate and coordinate with external and internal auditors
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics/Engineering
- Preferably experience in FinTech company
- Understanding of basic Internal Audit concepts
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) for analyzing large datasets.
- Ability to use data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to interpret and communicate audit findings.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to dissect complex problems and identify risks.
