To support this growth, ASTRO introduces the Management Trainee Operations Program, a career acceleration program designed to prepare high potential talent into Operations Future Leaders through structured development, hands-on experience, and direct exposure to ASTRO's fast-paced business environment.

Through this program, you will gain end-to-end exposure across operations, from daily operational execution to data-driven decision-making that directly impacts business performance.

• 1-2 years of work experience (preferably in Logistics, Management, Supply Chain, or related fields).
• Minimum Bachelor's degree from any major.
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to make objective decisions under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Genuine interest in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, Retail, or Fast-Moving Business.
• Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills to drive measurable results.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to lead diverse teams.
• Willing to be placed and rotated according to ASTRO's business needs (Jabodetabek area).
• Willing to work flexible hours and shifting schedules.
