Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of testers to execute thorough testing across multiple GDS platforms and internal systems.
- Oversee the creation and management of PNRs, including complex fare types and travel scenarios.
- Supervise automation of ticket issuance via internal systems by masking and queuing PNRs.
- Review, validate, and troubleshoot test outcomes, ensuring clear documentation and effective coordination with development teams.
- Ensure test cases in Jira are updated accurately and reporting is delivered on time.
- Oversee quality control processes including ticket voiding and cancellation.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback to the testing team.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
- Proven experience in leading or supervising a testing or operations team.
- Strong proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Hands-on experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo is highly advantageous.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
