Job Description
As a Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by generating leads, executing email marketing campaigns, monitoring order progress, creating detailed reports, and developing compelling sales decks. Your responsibilities include:
Lead Generation:
- Identify and target potential business clients through various channels, including research, networking, and referrals.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and initiate contact to build relationships and set up meetings or demos.
Email Marketing:
- Design, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns to engage potential clients and nurture existing relationships.
- Craft compelling email content, segment email lists, and analyze campaign performance to optimize results.
Order Monitoring:
- Track the progress of client orders from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Communicate with clients to provide updates, resolve issues, and address any concerns related to their orders.
Reporting:
- Generate and analyze reports on sales activities, lead conversion rates, campaign performance, and order status.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data to enhance sales strategies and improve efficiency.
Sales Deck Creation:
- Develop and design engaging sales decks and presentations tailored to client needs and business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather relevant information and create materials that effectively communicate value propositions.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications:
Experience:
- At least 2 years experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with email marketing tools and CRM systems.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with business clients.
- Proficiency in creating persuasive sales presentations and reports.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Technical Proficiency:
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Organization:
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage priorities effectively.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Work Ethic:
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
