✨ Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage IT infrastructure (networks, servers, cloud, and data security).
- Oversee GDS & airline/ticketing systems to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop and optimize booking platforms, websites, mobile apps, and API integrations.
- Implement cybersecurity measures and handle system upgrades.
- Lead and mentor the IT team while coordinating with vendors and airline partner
Minimum Qualifications
🎯 Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of IT Head or Manager experiences (travel, airline, or e-commerce preferred)
- Strong expertise in GDS systems and ticketing technologies.
- Experience with CRM, ERP, Online Reservation Platforms & API integrations.
- Solid knowledge and technical of Hardware, Software, Networks, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing & Data Analytics.
- Excellent at problem solving, project management, leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and motivate IT teams.
